Nashville Nails Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Baggett & Phillips LLC dba Nashville Nails ("Nashville Nails," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, use our online booking or related services, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the "Site"). Our salon is located at 1921 N Bronson Ave, Los Angeles, California 90068.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Terms and Conditions.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of information:

2.1 Identifiers and contact information. Name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, account credentials if you create an account.

2.2 Customer records and commercial information. Appointment details, services requested, purchase history, gift card redemptions, notes you provide that are relevant to scheduling and customer service.

2.3 Payment information. Cardholder name and payment token from our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers, CVV, or magnetic stripe data on our servers.

2.4 Internet or network activity. Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with our Site collected via cookies and similar technologies.

2.5 Geolocation data. Approximate location derived from IP address.

2.6 Communications and user content. Messages you send us, reviews, survey responses, photo and video content you choose to provide.

2.7 Inferences. Preferences or interests we infer from your interactions to improve the Site or personalize communications.

2.8 Sensitive personal information. We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information as defined by California law. If you provide health-related details to help us tailor services, we use them only for that purpose and do not use them to infer characteristics.

6.3 Corporate events. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

6.4 Legal compliance. To comply with law, protect rights and safety, and respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as described above. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

* Booking and transaction records: at least 4 years

* Legal, security, and fraud records: as long as needed to investigate or comply with legal obligations

Actual retention may vary depending on legal, operational, and security needs.

8.5 Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. If we use sensitive personal information beyond limited purposes allowed by law, you can direct us to limit that use. We do not use sensitive personal information for additional purposes at this time.

8.6 Non-discrimination. We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide different levels of service solely because you exercise your privacy rights.

Please include your name, the right you wish to exercise, and contact information. We will verify your request by matching at least two data points you provide with information in our records, or by requesting additional documentation if needed. You may also opt out of sale or sharing by using our cookie controls or sending a global privacy control signal from a supported browser. We treat these signals as valid opt-out requests for the browser or device.

9. Shine the Light

California Civil Code section 1798.83 permits customers who are California residents to request information regarding disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing in a way that triggers this law. If this changes, we will update this Policy and provide a method to submit requests.

10. Email and SMS

10.1 Email. We send transactional emails related to your account or bookings. With your consent, we may send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails. We honor opt-out requests promptly.

10.2 SMS. If you opt in, we may send appointment and marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. For marketing texts, we obtain the level of consent required by law.

11. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
