Nashville Nails is committed to providing a website and online booking experience that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our Site and, in doing so, aim to adhere to relevant accessibility standards and best practices.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

1. Standard we aim to meet

We aim for substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user friendly for everyone.

2. Measures we take to support accessibility

We integrate accessibility into our design and development processes. Our measures include:
* Maintaining sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements
* Providing descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
* Ensuring keyboard navigability and visible focus states

3. Scope

This statement applies to the public pages of our Site and to our online booking and contact forms. Some content or functionality may be provided by third parties. While we do not control third-party code, we encourage those vendors to meet WCAG 2.2 AA and we select providers that state accessibility commitments when possible.

4. Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology

Our Site is designed to be compatible with the most recent versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on desktop and mobile. The Site is intended to work with standard assistive technologies such as screen readers (for example VoiceOver and NVDA), screen magnifiers, and browser accessibility features. Older browsers or operating systems may not provide the best experience.

5. Technical specifications

Accessibility of the Site relies on the following technologies:

* HTML
* WAI-ARIA
* CSS
* JavaScript

These technologies are required for the proper functioning of the Site.

6. Known limitations and continuous improvement

We continuously review the Site and address issues as they are identified. Current focus areas include:

* Periodic audits of link focus indicators and keyboard order
* Ongoing review of form labels, instructions, and error states
* Captioning and transcripts for future video or audio content
* Converting or replacing any non-accessible PDFs with accessible alternatives on request

If you encounter an issue that is not listed above, please contact us so we can address it.

7. Feedback and requests for accommodation

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Site. If you experience difficulty using any part of the Site or need an accommodation, contact us and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
